This website is operated by Steadi Labs LLC, Orange, California — the company that makes and sells the Steadi. When you place an order, checkout happens on steadilabs.com and your contract is with Steadi Labs LLC.

The product. The Steadi is a flexible drink base. It resists tipping; it is not spill-proof and no one should sell you a cup holder that claims to be. Fit guidance on this site (containers about 2 to 3 inches across the base) is guidance, not a warranty of fit for every container.

Pricing. Prices are in US dollars and can change; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Every order ships free.

The guarantee. 30 days from delivery, refund for any reason — details on the returns page.
